Abstract

Health services are a form of public service that is needed to meet the health needs of a community. One way to develop these services is in the form of an integrated management information system. Integrated service systems are a very important topic in today's digital era. Technology must be able to increase patient access to health services and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of overall health services (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2020). One of the indicators of the success of a health facility in meeting the needs of its community is quality health services. Hospitals are health facilities that have a strategic role in healing, treatment, and disease prevention. As a medical referral center, hospitals are expected to not only provide optimal medical services but also provide a comfortable and reliable experience to patients (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2020).
