Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Spiritual di Ruang Perawatan Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina YW-UMI Makassar

Abstrak

The researcher used a non-experimental research and quantitative approach to the cross- sectional design. The population in this study was a nurse who worked in the treatment room Ibnu Sina Hospital YW-UMI Makassar. Sample in this study was a nurse in the treatment room (Al-Rahman, Aminah, Aisyah, Bukhari, and Muslim). The sampling technique was used purposive sampling as many as 50 nurses. The data was collected using a questionnaire. Through a statistical test Chi-Square Test at significance level α = 0.05 set.  The results of this study indicated the perception of nurses 92% (positive category) with 58% spiritual needs (fulfill). The results of the statistical test Chi-Square Tests according to Fisher's Exact Test analysis obtained p = 0.026> 0.05 thus H0 is rejected and Ha accepted that concluded no influence perceptions of nurses towards spiritual fulfillment. The results showed that 58% of nurses knowledge (both categories) with 54% spiritual needs (fulfill). The results of the statistical test Chi-Square Tests, the value of p = 0.000> 0.05 thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted that concluded no knowledge of the influence of spiritual need fulfillment. This research is expected to provide input to health services, especially for nurses to improve quality in health care, with soft skills training / seminar on the spiritual, so as to improve the skills of nurses in spiritual need fulfillment.
