Globalization give a positive influence to the whole health professionals, so they have to improve their professional performance.. This research aimed to analyze the Handover evaluation , pre and post conference and supervision, and their relationship with the excecutive nurses performance in the implementation of the nursing care in the long stay wards of Haji General Hospital Makassar. The research was carried out by analytic survey with the cross sectional study design . s The samples were 62 nurses who were distributed at 5long stay wards, the sampleswere taken by the samplingtehnique. Data were collectedby a questionnaires, observation and intervies. The data were analysedby the univariate and bivariate methods. The research results by using the Chi Square statistic.test indicates that the handover evaluation ( p = 0.004 ) ; pre conference evaluation ( p = 0.004 ) ; post conference evaluation ( p 0.015 ). Work duration ( p = 0.03 ) ; motivation ( p = 0.03 ) ; incentives ( p = 0.004 ) have relationship with the excecutive nurses performance.The supervision evaluation ( p = 0.50) ; nurses education level ( p = 0.12 ) ; age ( p = 0.59 ) ; sex ( p = 0.51 ) ; marital status ( p = 0.44 )do not have relationship with the excecutive nurses performance. The conclutionof the research is that there is the relationship. betweenthe handover evaluation, pre and post conference evaluation, work duratin, motivation and incentive and the excecutive nurses performance in the care wards of Haji General Hospital Makassar.
